Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to Driving Practice. By downloading or using our app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Driving Practice

Driving Practice is an educational platform designed to help UK learner drivers improve their driving judgement and decision-making through interactive scenarios.

The app is intended as a learning aid only. It is not a substitute for professional driving lessons, the DVSA Highway Code, or practical driving instruction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Driving Practice. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

You must not:

  • Share your account with others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts.
  • Misuse or interfere with the app.

4. Premium Access

Premium features are available through in-app purchases on Apple App Store and Google Play.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by Driving Practice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings.

One-time purchases provide access as described at the time of purchase.

Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Educational Use

Driving Practice is designed to reinforce safe driving habits using DVSA-based guidance.

Completing scenarios or achieving high scores does NOT guarantee that you will pass your practical driving test.

Always follow the instructions of your driving instructor, current UK traffic laws, and the Highway Code.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, including scenarios, graphics, animations, branding, software, and text, is owned by Driving Practice or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features may change, be updated, or be removed without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Driving Practice is provided "as is".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driving Practice is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, driving test outcome, or other consequences arising from the use of the app.

Users remain responsible for making safe driving decisions at all times.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
